Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for acquiring new customers and maintaining existing customers for the company’s products in Xi’an and surrounding areas, and achieving the sales targets set by the company.

  2. Maintain strong business relationships with existing customers, promptly update company product information, and effectively communicate the company’s and brand’s culture.

  3. Establish and maintain a customer resource database, ensuring that all relevant information is complete and accurate, and implementing dynamic management thereof.

  4. Comply with all of the company’s management regulations and submit all sales reports on time.

  5. Able to handle occasional business trips.

  

Job requirements:

  1. Associate degree or above, in electrical automation or a related major, or an instrumentation-related major;

  2. More than 1 year of work experience; candidates meeting the following conditions may be given some flexibility.

  3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, etc.;

  4. Possess strong self-motivation, diligence, and attention to detail, and be able to handle a certain level of pressure.

  5. Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, keen insight, analytical and judgmental abilities, and the capacity to make quick, decisive responses.

  6. A strong sense of responsibility, passionate about your work, highly infectious, resilient under pressure, focused on tasks, and willing to work under stress.

  7. Implement the company’s sales policies and key performance indicators, provide customers with systematic solutions, and achieve the company’s sales targets.

  8. Assist the Regional Manager in developing regional sales strategies, planning, integrating, and coordinating market resources, and taking charge of regional sales management matters.

  9. Establish sales channels, standardize sales processes, and implement sales policies.

  10. Collect and provide feedback on competitive conditions and market performance, including product prices, usage levels, and competitive dynamics. Gain a clear understanding of industry trends, the development trajectories of specific customers, and the evolving strategies of competitors.

  11. Have a sense of belonging to the company, actively participate in team building, and possess a strong sense of collective honor.
