Job Responsibilities:
1. Based on project requirements, propose constructive design solutions and be responsible for the design and improvement of the company’s product structure.
2. Develop the performance tests required for the product, contact testing agencies to conduct these performance tests, and adjust and optimize the product based on the test results.
3. Collaborate with sales and customers to select and optimize products, continuously track the proposed solutions, and collect and provide feedback on relevant information. Conduct technical seminars for customers and work closely with sales personnel to identify their potential needs.
4. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in successful product structural design.
Job requirements:
1. Associate degree or above, with more than two years of work experience in structural design; majoring in mechanical design, mechanical manufacturing, industrial design, or mechatronics and integration, or a related field.
2. Proficient in using CAD, Solidworks (or another 3D drafting software);
3. Familiar with mechanical CAD drawing standards and capable of performing standardized review of drawings and process verification.
4. Preference will be given to those familiar with the structural design of sealing products and injection molding of molds.
5. Diligent and responsible in work, meticulous and thorough, with strong teamwork spirit and excellent communication skills.
